Deposits: A deposit of one night’s rent is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits are refundable based on the cancellation policy below.
Cancellations: To cancel telephone us at 212.929.1023 and get a cancellation number from our agent.
• Reservations of 6 nights or less will receive a refund if canceled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• Reservations of 7 nights or more will receive a refund if canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• Group reservations will receive a refund if canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• Reservations for special event periods will receive a refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Special event periods include Gay Pride and New Year’s Eve.
• Reservations for promotional events may have different cancellation policies. If there are different policies for any period you will be contacted for your approval before we finalize you reservation.
Please cancel by telephone as other methods may be delayed or misdirected.
It is strongly suggested that you do not cancel by mail. Cancellations made by mail will be processed on the date they are received, not the postmark date.
Changes: You may change your reservation without charge based on same time periods for cancellations. However the rate may change based on the rates available for the new reservation.
No Shows: Your reservation will be held until 10:00 AM the day following your arrival date, after which the room will be released. No refunds or adjustments will be made for no shows.
Check In Time is 3:00 PM.
Check Out time is 12:00 Noon We will hold your luggage the day of arrival and the day of departure at no charge.
